Team Role:
Coordinate efforts across campus units to ensure university-wide compliance.
- Represent respective units, constituency groups, and functions across campus who will be
tasked with making changes and maintaining compliance.- Communicate expectations and requirements to respective teams
- Gather feedback on needs and roadblocks
- Review needs and identify priorities as needed
- Review roadblocks and take necessary steps to clear roadblocks
- Form subcommittee as needed to address specific needs. Subcommittees may be campus
wide and/or at functional levels. Examples may include:- Training/User Guides
- Policy Development
- Communication/Education
- Vendor Relations/Procurement
- Teaching/Course Content* (separate committee within Academic Affairs)
New Rules/Areas of Focus
- Websites/web applications – pages, forms, and interactive elements on all university sites
- Multimedia – videos, audio, etc.
- Documents – PDFs, Word, PowerPoint, all digital files
- Software and Apps – including mobile apps
- Email and Digital Communications – newsletters, announcements, etc.
- Signage – electronic displays
- LMS – content and tools within platforms, including Blackboard
- Social Media – all platforms
